Terms of Service
In order to provide you (and us) with both protection and valuable service, we have outlined the following terms. Purchasing solutions from us constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms are subject to changes, modifications, and/or revisisions at anytime. All services are rendered by vShare Solutions or an agent representing vShare Solutions. By purchasing services from vShare Solutions, you agree to provide vShare Solutions with all necessary access to complete your requested service. Failure to provide vShare Solutions with the necessary access will void the contract and your money will be refunded.
Payment
For all services under $200, complete payment must be received before work shall commence. For all work $201 and above, we will require 50% payment before work shall commence. For partial payment projects, all files/modifications will be encrypted and time limited. Once full payment is received, the client shall receive the full uncrypted source with all time limits removed.
Guarantees
vShare Solutions makes no guarantees with regards to services and solutions. However, vShare Solutions will work as diligently as possible to correct and/or repair any problems with services or custom solutions if the problem is due to vShare Solutions. Any bugs discovered in custom code will be promptly fixed at no additional charge.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the services, vShare Solutions does not provide refunds once services or solutions have been delivered. If problems are found with the service or solution, vShare Solutions will work to correct those problems so that you are satisfied with the service you have received.
Ownership Rights
All custom solutions come with licensed-ownership rights. This means that you are free to use the code on any sites that you own without limitation. You are not authorized, however, to sell, redistribute, bundle, post, give away, or package any custom solution without express written permission from vShare Solutions.
